We’re family owned and operated. We offer a spin on traditional steakhouse hibachi. Our hibachi wraps are filled with the perfect combination of fried rice, vegetables, rice noodles and your choice of protein. Served with our signature NOM NOM sauce inside of a flour tortilla. The easiest way to handle hibachi at concerts, parties, corporate lunches and everything else.

      Was very good!  While parked at Baffin Brewing in SCS I was finally able to try a combo wrap and a steak wrap!  The meat was extra tender and insane flavor. The rice still had a nice bite to it and it was served up suuuuper fast n fresh! The young man that took my order was super friendly, and the young lady making my food was a sweetheart! Definitely recommend! Only thing I would like to see is maybe some rice bowl options? Or grill the wrap next time? Both? It was great!

      I was in downtown Royal Oak at the Farmers market's and tried this food truck for the first time, I will definitely look for the truck at other events in the future.The hibachi steak wrap was delicious.
